Publicist, Master in Creativity and Audiovisual Direction at Elisava, Barcelona, Gonzalo has more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry. He has been part of the Achap Creative Directors Circle. His experience focuses on directing 360 creativity: branding, design, brand strategy and BTL production, as well as creativity and conceptualization in advertising campaigns, branded content and editorial development in various industries, together with national and international brands.
He is a partner at Tusk Content and founder of 83S: a creative studio dedicated to Freestyle branded content, for the cultural and sports sectors, developing projects such as: Benmayork, together with Birkenstok and renowned visual artist Samy Benmayor, New York, 2023. Branded content in the London 2023, Milan 2024 and New York 2024 marathons, together with Chilean journalist Gustavo Huerta, with brands such as Skechers, Garmin and Samsonite.
Micro-documentaries, together with traumatologists Manuel Pellegrini and Giovanni Carcuro, year. Brand video and content at the 2024 Rugby World Cup in France, alongside the Chilean and English national teams and their official sponsor, Umbro. Shot for Santa María Yachts during the competition months of the America's Cup, Barcelona 2024. Founder and Executive Producer of ONLY 925 and TEAM WORKS SPAIN. Graduate in Information Sciences, in the field of Image and Sound from the Complutense University of Madrid For 6 years she worked with producer Elías Querejeta on several feature films. From 1995 she began to dedicate herself to advertising and held the position of Production Director at Strange Fruit. In the year 2000 she founded the production companies ONLY 925 focused on the national market and TEAM WORKS, to serve the international market.


Danahe is an entertainment & advertising executive producer born in Mexico City. She studied Audiovisual communications and Fine Arts in Barcelona, where she began her career in service production working with international brands before she transitioned into TV production with Que Viva—a reality show featuring Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony, produced by 19 Entertainment & Endemol. Driven by her global perspective in production, she founded her own full-service production company, developing contents and shows with networks like Sony TV, Discovery Networks, HBO, Canal ARTE, Pluto TV, NBC, E! and Travel + Leisure, where she produced diverse TV shows focused on travel, gastronomy, lifestyle, and social themes, as well as ON-AIR content, winning a PromaxBDA Award Latinamerica for Discovery Networks .
Passionate about documentary and journalism, Danahe produced and directed a docu-serie “YTSMX” for the Mexican Presidency and eventually sold to TV Azteca, delivering 150 episodes over two seasons interviewing major Mexican public leading personalities. She has worked and interviewed international celebrities such as Maluma, Diego Boneta, Giselle Bundchen, Yalitza Aparicio, among others. Since 2019, she has been a business partner at Tantor Films and she's also partner at Tusk, believing in the great power of content, new business and technology.


Born in Santiago, Chile, and raised in Buenos Aires for 20 years, he studied psychology before continuing his studies in audiovisual production. He started his career in the Netflix series "El Marginal." Since his return to Chile in 2017, he has worked as an Executive Producer at several of the most renowned production companies in Chile, winning multiple international and local advertising awards throughout his career. He is passionate about BBQ, mate, and sports, particularly rugby. He enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.


Esteban R. Rochin holds a degree in Cinematography and has been producing commercials since 2017. His passion for production and lighting has led him to collaborate closely with cinematographers and directors, finding creative and practical solutions on set. As a former co-owner of a mexican production company, he gained hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish. His love for visuals has also opened doors to unique opportunities, including designing the lighting and visuals for DJ Solomun.


Sebastian Schor is an Argentine director with a long career in the audiovisual media, where he also works as a producer, voice over talent, actor and screenwriter. As an advertising director, he has participated in campaigns around the world for brands such as Coca Cola, Ford, Spotify and Waze, among many others. His multifaceted profile allows him to work with different styles and techniques, highlighting his ability to tell stories with humor and work with actors.
In his 20-year career, he has been awarded in multiple festivals, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards and Martín Fierro Awards. He is one of the creators of Proyecto Pelusa, a tribute to Diego Maradona, who recently published the second edition of his book. His career includes work for film, TV and radio. He is also a founding partner of Dame Bola Comida Redonda, a restaurant in Buenos Aires.


Luciano Podcaminsky was born in Buenos Aires on June 7th, 1970. He studied media at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and then moved on to study film at FUC. He also took courses on film direction with pino solanas and rodolfo hermida, and studied copywriting at the Argentine Advertising Association. He started in advertising working as a copywriter for several advertising agencies, and moved to working in top production companies in Buenos Aires as an assistant director. In approximately 1995 he started directing. He has received awards from the best well known festivals in the world:cannes, El Sol de san sebastian, One Show, d&ad de londres, clio, fiap, martin fierro, ojo de Iberoamérica, diente.
In 2005 he was part of the saatchi & Saatchi New director’s showcase, in cannes. In 2006, luciano was ranked by the gunn report as 4th in the list of most awardwinning directors of the world, and in 2009 appears number 15th at the gunn report ten years consolidated tables 1999-2008. His experience as a jury includes the following festivals: clio 2008 and London Festival in 2009-2010 and ojo de iberoamérica 2009. In 2007, his film the third pint, is selected for the Buenos Aires International Independent Film Festival (bafici) and also for the 2008 Edinburgh International Film Festival (eiff) as one of the best of the fest films. In June 2012, at centro cultural recoleta buenos aires; argentina, he opened his first personal art exhibition, with the works: sundead, just married, room available, private dinner and daily pill. In September 2016, luciano was selected for “ bury the lead”, a group art show at artshare, los angeles, california.
In 2018, his short film “ the back of my mind” is selected for the following festivals: interfilm berlin, guadalajara mexico, mostra cine latinoamericano catalunia, huesca in spain and the latino media fest in los angeles. In March 2023, his feature film “ asfixiados” is released in cinemas and tv distrubted by starplus latin america and disneyplus. In 2023, asfixiados is selected for the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival and the International Film Festival of india. In 2024 asfixiados is selected for the iaffm iberoamerican film festival in miami and the santander film festival in spain.


Graduate in Information Sciences at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, especifically in Image and Sound, he completed his training with 3 years of Management and Business Administration, combining his studies, since the year 1997, with several feature films along Elías Querejeta, Sogecine and Lola Films, with titles such as "Abre los ojos” and “Barrio”. From 1999 he began working in production companies, such as Lee Films and Propaganda, which, together with the latest feature films, take up all his time. In 2000 he signed with Only Nine To Five as an Assistant/Head of Production, where he continued his career, and in the year 2004 he went on to lead Team Works, the group's international production company.
He has worked for international markets, including South Korea, Russia, China, Poland, Brazil, the UK, USA, Italy, Middle East, Germany, Israel, carrying out projects for brands such as Samsung, Huawei, Saudi Telecom, Oppo, Nubia, Land Rover, Link&Co, Kia, Ford, Hyundai, GMC, Ssangyong, Renault, Mazda, Honda, Adidas, Lululemon, Turkish Airlines, Saudia Airlines. His portfolio includes advertising, photography, TV shows, documentaries, and second units for feature films, as well as 2 episodes of TV series.


Gianfranco is the director and producer of the documentary "A Visa for a Pirate," winner of the Festivals (FICAA Animal and Environmental Cinema and Fauna Tempoztlán Animal Festival in Mexico). He is also the director and producer of the documentary "Atando Cabos" (Tying Up Loose Ends). He is currently working as a line producer in Peru for various local and international productions.
Born into an audiovisual family, he trained professionally at the New York Film Academy, with over 10 years of experience in the advertising industry and as a director for blockbuster and independent films.
His father is a renowned actor in Peru and Latin America, specializing in film production, which gave him a close look into the world of show business from a very young age.


Architect by profession and producer by vocation. People are always curious and wonder why she doesn't work as an architect... Her answer.:"I work in what I like, I love what I do, I'm passionate about it, and it makes me happy." Once she finished her architecture degree, Carolina began to venture into the audiovisual field.
Little by little, she managed to enter and carve out her space within production companies. With native English, Carolina has participated in multiple international production services, with renowned clients and agencies. Now, with 12 years of experience in the field, she proudly joins our office, achieving both national and international production coordination.


Miguel Tejera was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. With a professional background in the tourism industry, he developed a strong foundation in client relations, team coordination, and service excellence. Known for his natural ability to connect with people and manage teams with empathy and professionalism, Miguel built his early career around delivering high-level experiences and operational efficiency.
In 2020, driven by a long-standing passion for audiovisual storytelling, he transitioned into the film and advertising industry. He quickly became involved in major productions across Spain, collaborating with some of the country’s leading production companies, including Tantor Films. His strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and instinctive understanding of client needs allowed him to stand out early in his career.
Since joining Tantor Films in 2021, Miguel has grown within the company through dedication, initiative, and a strong commercial vision. In 2024, he formally stepped into the role of Producer, consolidating his expertise in production management and client leadership. Today, he combines operational precision with a people-first approach, ensuring that every project runs smoothly while clients feel confident, supported, and inspired throughout the entire process.


Ilán is an audiovisual editor with more than 10 years of experience. Born in Israel, raised in Chile, and based in Barcelona for the past seven years, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Universidad de Chile, a Master’s in New Media and Interactive Journalism from Universidad de Granada, a Master’s in Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, and a Postgraduate degree in Film Editing from Universidad Pompeu Fabra. He has worked on a variety of projects, including a documentary feature premiering this year, video content for photography exhibitions in Chile, Argentina, and the United States; short films; and dance videos.


Born and raised in Chile, she studied graphic design and illustration. She has worked in the publishing industry at prestigious companies. Since joining Tantor Films, she has specialized as a global designer within the company and no with Tusk.


Rodrigo Reyes is a Mexican audiovisual producer passionate about technology, design and the arts. A curious and constantly learning human being with structured thinking who loves to organize, systematize and create relevant solutions from different perspectives.
For the last 7 years, Rodrigo has worked in movies, TV shows and advertising. He has worked with important brands such as HBO, Samsung, HEB, Air BnB, Modelo among others.


Tomek is a visionary in video and photo content creation, known for managing complex projects and understanding the needs of both creators and brands. He has worked with top names like BMW, McDonald’s, Mercedes, Huawei, T-Mobile, Carlsberg and Asahi beer brands. His achievements include the 2022 Golden Effie for Best of Europe – Positive Change (“Stop Femicide!”) and the 2019 Silver KTR for Production Excellence (Huawei “Fisherman”).
As a jury member at CICLOPE, KTR, and SPR CRAFTY, he actively supports the creative community. With over 15 years of experience, Tomek has successfully produced hundreds of campaigns, transforming creative ideas into impactful realities through his deep industry knowledge and dedication to film craft.
