Born into an audiovisual family, he trained professionally at the New York Film Academy, with over 10 years of experience in the advertising industry and as a director for blockbuster and independent films.

His father is a renowned actor in Peru and Latin America, specializing in film production, which gave him a close look into the world of show business from a very young age. Gianfranco is the director and producer of the documentary "A Visa for a Pirate," winner of the Festivals (FICAA Animal and Environmental Cinema and Fauna Tempoztlán Animal Festival in Mexico). He is also the director and producer of the documentary "Atando Cabos" (Tying Up Loose Ends). He is currently working as a line producer in Peru for various local and international productions.
